Nego Itu GAK Cuma Tentang Harga

Jakarta, 13 Jun 2024 – NAS Consulting & Research hosted a successful half-day training event at Hotel Neo Puri Indah, Jakarta. The event, titled “Nego Itu GAK Cuma Tentang Harga” (Negotiation is Not Only About Pricing), aimed to broaden participants’ understanding of negotiation beyond mere pricing strategies. The training was attended by 32 participants from 12 different companies, representing six cities across Java, including Jakarta, Tangerang, Karawang, Bandung, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya.

The training was conducted by Radita Sonix, the Senior Partner at NAS Consulting & Research and the Founder of IQ DEVPRO®. Radita Sonix brings over 15 years of experience in B2B and negotiation processes on both local and international fronts. He holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing, graduating with a perfect 4.00 GPA, demonstrating his exceptional intellect. As a Certified Professional Marketer Asia (CPM Asia) and a member of Mensa Indonesia, a high IQ society, Radita’s credentials underscore his intellectual prowess. Additionally, he is a nationally certified trainer with a strong track record of delivering impactful training sessions towards more than 4,000 attendees.

The training event was dynamic and engaging, with participants showing great enthusiasm throughout the session. The comprehensive agenda included a variety of methods to ensure practical learning. Participants took part in an assessment to determine their conflict styles, which directly influence their negotiation styles. The session also included two case study workshops, allowing participants to practice and refine the knowledge and skills acquired during the training.
