The session focused on the practical application of the VARK model—Visual, Auditory, Read/Write, and Kinesthetic learning styles—to enhance communication and change management processes.
The session was led by Radita Sonix, a National Certified Trainer who combines his academic prowess, as evidenced by his perfect grade during his MBA tenure, along with his extensive practical experience in business with over 15 years of experience, and certified by Asia Marketing Federation (AMF) as a Certified Professional Marketer (CPM) in Asia. Sonix emphasized the importance of aligning change management initiatives with the diverse learning preferences of team members to foster a more inclusive and effective change environment. “By integrating the VARK model into our change management processes, we enable a more holistic understanding and acceptance of change across different levels of the organization,” said Sonix.
