Nego Itu GAK Cuma Tentang Harga – Batch 2

Jakarta, 6 July 2024 – The latest iteration of the popular training event “Nego Itu GAK Cuma Tentang Harga” (Negotiation is Not Only About Pricing) was successfully held today at Neo Hotel Puri Indah. The event, hosted by NAS Consulting & Research, and supported by IQ DEVPRO® and Bravo (PT Bravo Energi Solusi), attracted 25 participants from 10 companies under the association of BNI (Business Networking International), the world’s largest referral networking organization.

This half-day training session continued the tradition of excellence in negotiation skills development, introducing participants to advanced strategies beyond just pricing. The event was part of NAS Consulting & Research’s promotional Public Training program, which aims to introduce their three core business services: Consulting Services, Market Research, and Organizational Learning. Public Training falls under Organizational Learning, which also includes CLASS (Customized LeArning SolutionS) and COD (Corporate Organizational Development).

The training emphasized that effective negotiation encompasses much more than just discussions about price. Preparation and assessment are critical components in the negotiation process. Understanding one’s own goals, strengths, weaknesses, and alternatives is just as important as assessing the other party’s position. This thorough preparation allows negotiators to enter discussions with a clear strategy and greater confidence.

One key aspect covered in the training was the concession trade process. Negotiation often involves making concessions, but this should be done strategically. The training highlighted the importance of understanding the value of each concession and trading them in a way that maximizes overall gain. Participants learned techniques for identifying which concessions they could afford to make and which ones they should hold firm on, ensuring that each trade-off leads to a win-win outcome.

Radita Sonix, founder of IQ DEVPRO®, a seasoned expert in negotiation, and a Senior Partner at NAS Consulting and Research, led the training. With over 15 years of industry experience in engineering, marketing, and business development, Radita’s practical insights and interactive approach greatly benefited the participants. IQ DEVPRO® played a crucial role in simplifying negotiation skills, making them more accessible and practical for daily use.

Participants expressed high levels of enthusiasm and satisfaction with the training, appreciating the combination of theoretical knowledge and hands-on workshops.
